- Ocena jakości jaj wylęgowych, szczególnie porowatości i ultrastruktury skorupy
- Doskonalenie składu mieszanek paszowych z uwzględnieniem komponentów pochodzenia krajowego.
- Badania związane z użytkowością rozpłodową oraz doskonaleniem techniki lęgów emu i strusi.
- Ocena jakości surowców drobiarskich przede wszystkim jaj konsumpcyjnych i mięsa.
